We are taking advantage of the cold weather and catching up with online teaching and schooling before the season starts. This is a good time to set goals for myself both as a teacher and player. I can't wait for the season!

The first thing we want to feel in the downswing is a lateral bump to the target. Many people "spin out" trying to get "open" which causes many issues if not sequenced correctly.

Never Too Late
Just a little about myself. I had a late start in golf, playing for the first time my senior year of high school at St. Joseph in Hammonton, NJ. By the time I got to Camden County Community College, I dropped all my other sports to focus on golf. I helped my team qualify for the D3 National Championship after winning our regional tournament. All this time, I was working at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, as a cart attendant. As time went on, I realized my dream was to not only play the game I love, but to help others share in the experience as well. In October of 2018, I passed my Playing Ability Test by shooting back to back rounds of 79 and 77 to be accepted into the Professional Golf Management Program. I am currently a PGA Apprentice, meaning that I am in the process of becoming a full PGA member while I work full time as a teaching assistant to Bill Schmedes at Forsgate Country Club.
